I got the recipe from Leo&#039;s mom before she died...we call it the &quot;beer s**t&quot; but it&#039;s true name is Carbonnade ala Flammande.  We use beef cubes (like for stew) and serve it with dumplings that simmer in the broth too....SUPER yummy!!!</description>
