I love love love my laptop. It’s so nice to sit in my recliner, watch the kids play and still get online to “talk” to my friends. I really don’t know how I lived without my laptop before 2 years ago! But my poor notebook is 2 years old now. She’s getting tired. She’s missing 3 keys (thanks, boys!).
I use photoshop a lot. I really like to play in there and edit my pictures, make graphic elements. I should have gone to school for web/graphic design. It’s so fun. Recently (after my laptop came back from some maintenance at HP), photoshop starting killing my computer. It is sooooo sloooowww. It’s very frustrating. It literally takes 5 minutes just to open up a document. Longer if you need to open more than one. It’s making me crazy. Oh, and forget it if you need to access something online while you are in photoshop. My laptop will crash.
Don’t even get me started with tweetdeck either. That’s another one that kills my computer. How am I supposed to keep with with my twitter without tweetdeck? Doesn’t my laptop understand that I need twitter??
Do you think I could get hubby to buy me some more notebook computer memory? Do you think that would fix my problem? Someone said I should get an external hard drive. But 90% of my pictures and documents are being stored on Bob’s computer already anyways. So I don’t know how that would help. I just know I need something. How about a brand new laptop?? Huh, huh? I guess I need to get moving on another surrogacy if that’s what I want. After all, it’s how I got this one in the first place.
I had to break down earlier this year and buy myself a new computer (lap top) but memory should help. We spruced up my old computer a few years back, That helped for awhile. Did you say surrogacy? Wow!! Cool!! I may have to explore your site some more and read about that.
Ahhhh…..I miss my internet! It got shut off so my laptop is of no use to me now

mine is a little over a year old and I’m noticing a definate lag in her. Sexy Beast said if it dies, there will be no replacement. I said, fine, I’ll just spend all my time right next to you. betcha he gets me one if it comes down to it
I just got a new mini netbook. I use it mostly for surfing the internet and responding to emails. I have my main desktop that I use to store all my pics and music in. I am on my main desktop most of the time, but in the evenings, I like to relax on the couch and check my email.
