Hello! I have a lot to say and not enough time to say it!! Unfortunately, we must check out and head home a day early since our embryo transfer is (likely) getting bumped up to Tuesday. I’m sad because we are having a great time here at Country Inns & Suite‘s and I hate to leave…but it’s for a very good reason. Our short stay up here in Ventura has been really nice and the staff has been perfect. I will be back tonight and give a full recap…but to hold you over, here are some pictures.
Each day of our stay started out with FREE hot breakfast. The folks cooking up eggs, sausage, toast and biscuits and gravy were fantastic. I think the boys better breakfast while on vacation then they ever do at home.
Wow…if looks could kill!
Yesterday we walked over to the Ventura Pier, one of the recommended sites to see off the Ocean Drive Vacation Itinerary. I completely expected to spend all 4 (well, 3) days at the beach but surprisingly, my boys chose to spend the whole vacation in the pool. I think we were only at the beach for about 1 hour.
And finally, my view from my pool side lounge chair…..aaaahhhhh…..I love this Country!
