Now, believe me, it wasn't that I wanted to try this recipe at all, but it was one hubby wanted me to make out of a new cookbook for diabetics. Let's just say, he ate it, told me to never make it again. He said it had a bad aftertaste, and tasted like he had just ate a yard full of grass. Nobody else could get through the first bite. I didn't have to eat it because I'm allergic to sheep products (Feta Cheese is at least 70% sheep milk and can be up to 30% goat milk). So basically most of supper got thrown down the drain and peanut butter sandwiches given in their place.
