My hair gets so oily after just a day that I have to shampoo daily! The thought of going shampooless is pretty intriguing though. Dump that on your head and scrub around with your fingertips. Rinse. Put a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a cup, fill it with water then pour that on your hair. Comb it through and leave it for a couple minutes, rinse thoroughly. Don't do that more than twice a week. Rest of the time you can either rinse with water if you don't have oily hair or use your fingers to run a washcloth through your hair about 100 times. The washcloth will redistribute your hair oils. The only time I may miss a may be on the weekend if for some reason I don't shower at all and that is VERY rare. I can't wrap my mind around not shampooing at all. How does it work? It produces extra oil now because we are always washing it out. When you stop washing, you might have a few weeks of weird/oily hair (I didn't) and then it figures itself out. It catches up and stops producing. My hair would be oily and gross after 2 days before but now it's never oily at all. It's really quite a trip! Your hair will adjust itself.
