Welcome to my new digs! What do you think?

Wordless Wednesday ~ First Mom and Son Dance

On Friday night Anthony had his first school “mom and son” dance.  It was fun and I think he had a good time.  It took him a while to get used to the LOUD music.  About the time he started really enjoying himself, it was time to go.  Isn’t that always the way it goes?  LOL

I just wonder why I didn’t stand more sideways so you could at least tell I was pregnant, and why didn’t I put Ant in front of me?  *sigh*

What a nice idea. I don’t think they do those dances in my area either. I know they do daddy and daughter breakfast, but no dances.
“I just wonder why I didn’t stand more sideways so you could at least tell I was pregnant, and why didn’t I put Ant in front of me? *sigh*”: Nothing like your little kids to make you feel huge and fat, huh? I’m almost six feet tall and heavy set so I feel like a GIANT standing near my daughter (or just about anybody, for that matter)!

Are you really so tall?? I imagine you do feel giant next to little people. LOL

From what I can tell, most of the other schools in the district do NOT have a mother/son shindig. But he goes to a Montessori school that seems to do different things. It’s nice.

Our elementary school does not have dances. They sure like to do fundraisers though :)
