If you are are a regular reader, then you know of my oldest son’s recent ADHD diagnosis. Rather than going straight for medication to help him manage, we decided to try changing his diet. There are lots of studies out that link a diet full of preservatives, dies and hormones to ADHD. Many people believe that by removing the “stuff” and eating organically, then the symptoms can be reduced or even eliminated.
In my quest to try and find organic versions of the foods we love, I came across Organicville.
Organicville’s goal is to create exceptional organic products that your whole family can enjoy. Our products are USDA certified organic, gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and contain no added sugar.
I was able to try out their organic ketchup, organic yellow mustard and non-dairy organic ranch dressing.
We loved, loved, loved the mustard. The bottle is gone and I have to go find some more! It had a bit of a thinner consistency than the “regular” store bought mustard, but I imagine that’s because it wasn’t full of chemical thickeners. It sure tasted good on my turkey sandwich!
The family was having breakfast with my mom one morning, she made some eggs and pancakes. My boys won’t eat eggs without ketchup. So I had my Organicville ketchup on the table. My mom actually asked me “what kind of ketchup was that? It was really good!” How often can you say that you got complimented on your ketchup??
I’m learning that organic and natural food really does taste better.
Organicville Foods makes many salad dressings, bar-b-q sauces, and pasta sauces. They have even recently begun producing salsa and teriyaki sauce! YUM! Everything they make is high quality, USDA certified organic, gluten-free, dairy free, vegan and contain no added sugar. You can find them in many natural food stores and some supermarkets. You can use their store search to find a store near you. Online you can find Organicville on Amazon.com
I know that you want to give your family a healthy version of these pantry staples, too. Organicville is pleased to offer TWO WINNERS each their choice of a mustard or a salad dressing.
