Awww…….that stinks. I’ve seen several like that. One of my best friends managed to buy just a replacement screen and her husband fixed it himself. I’m not sure of the details, but something worth looking into if it’s not covered for repairs.
Gah! Reason #1 why I didn’t buy an iPhone (okay, not really…Reason #1 was that it was not affordable at the time, ha!). But, our iPods are so fragile I was honestly terrified that I’d break one. I don’t know why Apple does that with all of their products…okay, yeah I do. Anyway, Kimberly’s friend did replace her screen and it was apparently relatively easy and cheap from what I remember. Hoping it’s either insured or you find a cheap fix. Also, buy a case! :OP
I HAVE A CASE! But…it wasn’t on.
I have a very cool Energizer Energi pack that adds a ton of power to my phone. I had that on it in stead of my normal case.
I don’t think I have insurance. I hope I can replace the screen like you mention.

Oh that sucks! I just saw something the other day about a company that replaces glass. Call your local Best Buy and ask about it. It was cheap too.

I ended up dropping my phone in the Knotts Berry Farm parking lot. I’ve dropped it 1000 times, I guess this time was too much.

Yikes. I think I would have shed a few tears over that and then would have given myself a good talking to.
I think it’s harder when we mess something up ourselves then our family members breaking or denting
it up for us. We always end up taking the high road and forgiving them, but I think it’s harder for us to forgive ourselves.
I’m glad at least that it still works.
