The Daddy Diaper Changing Toolbox is HYSTERICAL! I so wish I would have had one for Bob when we first started having children. It is a fun gift for new dad’s and dad’s-to-be to help prepare them for their diaper changing duties (because we all know that dad’s MUST HELP change the diapers!). And with Father’s Day just around the corner (June 19 in the US) why not give the new dad in your life something he can really use?
Chris Hartsfield is the Creator of Fun Stuff 4 Babies in Tampa, FL whose mission is to develop products that encourage and acknowledge Dad´s involvement in raising children. The Daddy Diaper Changing Toolbox arms New Dads with everything they would need for their very first diaper change as well as provides them with a chuckle. The company was created in 2008 by Chris and his wife Julie Hartsfield, and their debut product is the patent pending Daddy Diaper Changing Toolbox.
The Daddy Diaper Changing Toolbox includes:
- Mask –toxic fume filter for when it doesn’t smell like roses.

My diaper changing story: Baby C went back to the hospital with Bacterial Spinal Meningitis at 3 weeks old. The Children’s Hospital was an hour away from home. She had wires all over her. So it was tricky to change her diaper. I was slow and careful. In my slow process, she squirted all over me. Down the front of my top, pants, and even shoes. I should of brought a change of clothes.

When my daughter was 2 weeks old I had my husband change her poopy diaper. I was laying on the bed exhausted while he changed her on the changing table just a few feet away from me. As soon as he opened her diaper she pooped so quick and with such speed that the poop literally flew across the room and hit the TV and wall over 6 feet away. If I had not seen it myself I would not have believed it. The look of pure horror on my husband’s face was hilarious!
My friend was excited to finally get to hold my baby for the first time. She was talking to her and making silly faces and all the crazy stuff people do to babies when all of the sudden she screamed, “Renee! Help! She’s…she’s pooping on me!” Sure enough, my daughter’s diaper had failed to contain, and my friend had a brown blob sitting on the knee of her blue jeans. I’m pretty sure my friend will still be indignantly telling this story when my daughter has kids of her own.

The best story I have is when my niece who was 6 decided to change her baby brothers diaper. It was hilarious how she stuck the diaper on, and the baby just let her.

When my oldest son was first born I was changing him for the first time and while he was uncovered he decided to make like a hose and peed all over me! I learned very quickly to not keep a little boy uncovered while changing him, I started putting a baby wipe on top of it so he wouldn’t pee all over again!
Before our first daughter was born, my husband swore up and down that he would never change a diaper. The whole first week or so he changed every single diaper (major props to him!) In the middle of the night I heard a yelp and it scared the heck out of me so I ran into our daughters room to see my husband trying to change our daughter with this horrified look on his face. He proceeded to tell me that she had a poopy diaper but apparently wasn’t done going when he started changing her. And not only did she poop but she had gas at the same time…which made a bubble in the poop that popped all over my husbands shirt. I felt so bad for him but I couldn’t stop laughing hahaha

I think my best diaper changing story happened at the doctor’s office. My son was preemie so the doctor was showing me that I would have to use a thermometer/poop stick to make him poop each day. I don’t know how he didn’t laugh at the horrified expression on my face.
i don’t have any funny poop stories yet, but i know it’s just a matter of time
