WINNER ~ Sam's Club Plus Membership

winnerThis is probably the fastest I’ve ever gone from closing a contest, to choosing the winner, to posting the winner EVER!  So take a moment to say CONGRATULATIONS to Betty N! She is the winner of this weeks Sam’s Club Plus Membership giveaway!

Betty was totally amazing tweeting out this contest.  I could tell that she really wanted to WIN, and win she did.

WINNER ~ Plasma Car

winnerHello!  I know many of you have been anxiously awaiting my winner announcement, I’m sorry to have kept you waiting!  But it’s been a whirlwind week and I have not been online at all.  Please forgive me!  I’ll be back this week to tell you all about New York City, my son’s 5th Birthday, and Legoland CA.  So see….BUSY!  lol

Anyhow, without further delay….please help me congratulate KIMBERLY!

Email subscriber #2

I have a very funny story to tell you about Kimberly, too.  She actually emailed me telling me she was impatient and asking me when I would be drawing this winner.  I was out of town and told her I would get to it soon.  So I find it hysterically funny that she is the one that Random.org drew!  Isn’t that wild?  I know that Kimberly was very anxious to hear the winner and will be SO happy to know it is her.  I will be emailing her today and shipping the prize out.

Thank you to everyone that entered my contest!

WINNER ~ Sam's Club Scavenger Hunt Game

winnerCONGRATULATIONS to Trisha Parker who found all the answers in my Sam’s Club Scavenger Hunt Game!  I can NOT believe there were only 20 people that competed for this $100 Sam’s Club Plus Membership card.  The questions were SO easy.  Here are the answers (in case you wondered):

1.  What was the name of the school with the most Box Tops for Education earnings?

Answer:  St. Mary’s School with $12,387 last year!

2.  Who is Sam’s Club partnered with to provide “Two Weeks of Meals” recipe planning?

Answer:  Kraft

3.  What is a “Sam’s Cooking Club?”

Answer:  First, find a couple of friends, colleagues, neighbors or other busy parents for Cooking Club partners. Then pitch in $100 each. For just $300 you’ll make seven dinners (main dishes and sides), each of which feeds three families of four. Cha-ching! That breaks down to an approximate per serving cost of $3.50!

Then select a day and a 4-hour time period to prepare a week’s worth of homemade family dinners. You may wish to rotate hosting responsibilities—which include collecting the money, doing the shopping and providing the kitchen—each week.

I think the Cooking Club sounds like fun and I may try it.  Always trying to save some time and money, right?

Anyhow – I will be emailing Trisha to let her know that she won.  She will have 72 hours to get back to me with her mailing address or I will award it to someone else.  In the meantime, if you are still looking to score a Sam’s Club Plus Membership, SUBSCRIBE to my email newsletter (form in at the top of my sidebar)!  I will be awarding a membership to a subscriber next week.  Good luck and thanks for playing!

WINNER ~ Ginger Kids Fun

winnerCONGRATULATIONS to Renee for winning the Ginger Kids Fun Passport to the World giveaway!  She wins be default since she is the only one that even entered!  It’s a shame, too, the Ginger Kids website is really neat and the Passport to the World looks like a fun program.  So Renee will get to try it out for a month.  I will email her to let her know.
