The following rules apply to all contests run at mommy23monkeys.com. I reserve the right to change the rules at any time. Certain contests might have additional entry opportunities and those will be listed on the contest post.
My contest will have the first, MANDATORY entry listed on the contest post. The following additional entries can be earned, but only after you do the first mandatory contest requirement. If your number is chosen on an extra entry, but you did not complete the mandatory first entry, then you will forfeit and a new winner will be chosen.
Extra entries:
- Tweet the contest @OhRheally and earn one extra entry per tweet. You can tweet as often as you like for unlimited entries. You must link back in a comment showing me each tweet. Please do not SPAM your followers, must have at least 50 followers to count.
- Subscribe to OhRheally with email updates or RSS for two entries. Leave two comments letting me know you subscribed.
- Blog about my contest on your own blog linking back to me and to my contest sponsor, receive 3 entries. Leave me three comments, with the link.
- Become a Facebook Fan and receive one extra entry. Don’t forget the comment.
- Leave me a comment on any non-giveaway post and receive an extra entry. Just leave me a comment on the contest letting me know what the name of the other post you commented on is. Extra comments must be relevant to the post. Unlimited extra entries.
So there you have it. All the ways to earn extra entries into my contests. Easy peasy, right?
I am not responsible if you choose to do an entry with three extra entries, but you only leave one comment. That will only be counted as one. I will not go through and add in more entries. one comment = one entry, no matter what.
In addition, contest winners are chosen with a plug-in called “And The Winner Is…” If the contest winner wins with an extra entry, I will verify that they completed the mandatory first entry before awarding the prize. The winner will be notified by email (please be sure you leave me a valid one) and will have 72 hours to respond. If the winner does not reply, I will either choose a new winner or give it away during a live giveaway.
Important to Note: DO NOT USE FACEBOOK COMMENTS TO ENTER GIVEAWAYS! I have no way to pull Facebook Comments into my Winner Is plug in and therfore, entries left there are not “seen” and included in choosing a winner. Please only use the WordPress Commenting system for Giveaways. Thank you!

Email addresses obtained here on OhRheally? are used for the purpose of notifying contest winners or for personal communications between the blog owner (me) and the commenter (you) (I like to reply to comments!). It is not necessary to also type your email in the body of the comment because it is already required, and hidden, when you post the comment. I will see it, and nobody else has to. WordPress does record your IP address. I don’t do anything with these either unless you decide to harass or otherwise offend myself or my visitors, then I use the IP address to block you from visiting.
No email address, mailing address, IP address, phone number or name is ever shared or sold except for when you win a contest and then I must share your contact information with a sponsor for prize fulfillment.
We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Web site. These companies may use aggregated information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other Web sites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
