Did anyone watch the Today Show this morning?  I was balling my eyes out at this story.  Seems a player, Patrick Thibodeau, (“bench warmer and water boy”) got the chance to play in his teams final (I think) game of the season.  He scored 6 points, including the game’s final 3 points at the buzzer.

I think the part that stood out the most to me, wasn’t even Patrick shooting the goals, but the player who gave up his spot for this kid.  How cool is that?  This teenage guy gave up his spot for the game because Patrick was always there and practiced really hard (paraphrasing here).  aawwwww <3
